Apple Dental Care has recently partnered with Patient Connect 365 to allow our patients to have an online portal with access to their accounts.

Within the portal, you can:

• Make a payment

• View appointment history

• Communicate with our office

• Request appointments

• Sign up to receive e-mail or text appointment confirmation

• Refer your friends and family

Patient Connect 365 is completely customizable by you! You can pick and choose how you want our office to communicate with you- it's whatever works best for you!
